Meet Mikella Lefebvre-Oatis

Mikella is the primary point of contact for 50+ clients at LifeLabs Learning in setting up all logistics to launch their programs successfully. She has a background in sociology, working with a wide range of clients in academia and high-performance environments. Mikella leverages her background in project management, critical thinking, and behavioral research to promote positive client experiences!

If there’s one thing the pandemic has shown us, is that without truly understanding our needs and inner workings, we won’t grow and adapt effectively!
