Meet Brian Rawson

Brian specializes in leadership training and program design for social impact. He has worked internationally with leaders of government, business, and civil society to launch groundbreaking initiatives on health, economic opportunity, climate, and conflict. He is a Founder, Board Member, Coach, Consultant to multiple organizations, and a graduate of Brown University with a concentration in sociology and economics.

The LifeLabs Learning value that most resonates with me and why: I resonate with Find a Way to Play because I believe laughter and fun coexist with meaningful work and learning. I’ve had conference planning teams wrap up 12+ hour days in tears not from stress but from laughing so hard. Giving our all for a successful venture is easier when we can let the funny happen.
