Meet Annie-Rose London

Annie-Rose has a background in leadership facilitation and coaching, particularly working with emerging changemakers, millennials, and LGBTQ+ staff. Annie-Rose brings their training as a performer and research scientist to their work. Their current areas of focus include diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy, burnout prevention, and workplace creativity.

The LifeLabs Learning value that most resonates with me and why: I love and try to live all of our values, but #FindAWayToPlay is the one that most often saves me when I need to discern how to move forward. I find if I can get out of my narrow focus and access my creativity, more wisdom follows. So a quick break to play, or bringing in a playful approach to problem-solving, makes whatever challenge I'm facing much easier to surmount.
