The Catalyst Program

Let’s catalyze development for all!

Great leadership and collaboration skills matter now more than ever, and employee training is an essential catalyst for personal and organizational growth. Nonprofit organizations are among the most vulnerable (and yet essential) in the current climate. So, we’ve launched the Catalyst Program to support organizations that need help investing in employee development.

501(c)(3) nonprofits with up to 50 employees are eligible to join the Catalyst Program and receive free access to the LifeLabs Learning Membership, which includes:

  • Interactive workshops with expert facilitators

  • Practice & coaching in small groups

  • On-demand courses at your fingertips

  • Learning resources to accelerate your skill development
