Meet Violette Mahmoudi

Violette’s specialization is in positive psychology, with a focus on employee wellbeing and effectiveness. She has designed and facilitated training around the world, in English, Farsi, and French, on leadership capabilities, team performance, and organizational dynamics. Prior to her career as an executive coach and leadership trainer, she was a computer engineer and technical trainer at Dell and Apple. Violette is also a passionate mentor and volunteer.
