Meet Tara Nouveau

Tara has a background in behavioral sciences and has experience in leadership training for businesses and higher education entities.  Most recently, she led a team of behavioral science researchers to deliver evidenced-based, peer-reviewed curricula all while leading a curriculum overhaul working with numerous subject matter experts (SMEs). Her current area of focus is creating leadership content that turns academic theories into useful tools and lessons that change behavior.
