Her experiences in the healthcare and criminal justice sectors greatly influenced her approach to transparent leadership and instilled her dedication to promoting fair and just cultures. She is a champion for people, healthy organizational cultures, IDEA, and simply doing the right thing.

The LifeLabs Learning value that most resonates with me and why: The phrase "Choose Courage Over Comfort" resonates the most with me due to the experiences of my great-grandmother and grandmother. In their 40s, they returned to school to complete their high school diplomas and bachelor's/masters degrees respectively, teaching me invaluable lessons about resilience and fortitude which I carry with me every day.
