Meet Olivia Chung

As Expert Product Manager, Olivia creates digital systems and experiences that enable clients and Labmates to achieve their goals. She cares about advocating for the needs of her users, deeply understanding what they are trying to achieve, and creatively figuring out how to take ideas from inception to solution. Her expertise lies in product management, experience design, and strategic thinking.

The LifeLabs Learning value that most resonates with me and why: I believe Courage Over Comfort is the root of all other values and that’s why it resonates most with me. We need courage to be open to learning, allow ourselves to play, feel comfortable with 80%, cut the clutter from our work, give our brains permission to rest, and let others into the circle.
