Meet Micah Merrick

Micah has worked in finance and business development roles at 5+ startups, a venture debt investment firm, and a Global 500 corporate venturing group. Most recently, he took a public service sabbatical to work with business faculty at the California Community Colleges in the Bay Area.

The LifeLabs Learning value that most resonates with me and why: 80% > 0%. Many times in my career I have seen work products discarded after hours of painstaking work because the stakeholder changed their mind about what they wanted! Since things change so fast and frequently, getting an 80% product shipped as fast as possible for feedback is critical, less pressure, and ultimately, more fun!
