Meghan Pickett

Meghan’s research interests and experience are in leader and team development, leader humility, and work-life balance. She has a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in the same area. Before LifeLabs Learning, Meghan managed the Illinois Tech Leadership Academy, taught as an adjunct faculty member, and worked as a consultant on survey development, leadership training, and employee engagement.

The LifeLabs Learning value that most resonates with me and why: The value of Choose Courage Over Comfort resonates the most for me; each day it manifests in a new way to challenge me. I love it because it is the value that pushes me to live all of the others! Maya Angelou said it best: “Courage is the most important of all the virtues because, without courage, you can’t practice any other virtue consistently.”
