The LifeLabs Learning value that most resonates with me and why: If you’ve ever taken a workshop with me, you know I’m all about Find a Way to Play; I love a pun, love an active chat box, love a themed break-time playlist (hypothesis: all breakup songs are really about a frustrated desire to give feedback). After spending my career working with teams in high-stress, high-change environments, I know firsthand that joy, pleasure, and connection are essential to team resilience.
