Lea has worked as a facilitator, consultant, researcher, and analyst at a range of organizations, from startups to Fortune 500 and consulting firms. Her expertise is in change management and team effectiveness. Lea has a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UCLA.
