Serving as the People Operations Lead within the POP's team at LifeLabs, Lauren specializes in efficiently optimizing POPs functions, and strategizing and implementing initiatives to grow LifeLab's forward-thinking and inclusive workplace culture through compensation, perks, benefits, and policy. She holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and has experience in HR leadership roles across the medical and business consulting sectors for remote-first organizations.
