Meet Kimberly Lai

Kimberly’s specialty is in leadership development and group dynamics, with a focus on conflict resolution and change management. She has a broad background of experience as an analyst, consultant, and manager in the healthcare space. Kimberly is a graduate of Yale University, where she was also a research assistant at the Yale School of Medicine.
