As a Program Consultant Lead, Kate helps clients design learning programs that are optimized for impact and retention over time. She came to LifeLabs Learning with a Masters's Degree in Entrepreneurship and a background in learning & development program management for high-growth companies ranging from startups to global consulting firms. Kate has experience designing, facilitating, and measuring the impact of programs that specialize in leadership development.
