Meet Kaitlin Jacobson

As People Operations Coordinator, Kaitlin helps new Labmates feel supported, included, and celebrated by driving an efficient and enjoyable onboarding experience. She has a Master’s degree in Higher Education and has spent a lot of her career working at colleges and universities helping individuals reflect on their goals and how they want to grow. Kaitlin’s expertise lies in thinking about how people and people’s experiences intersect with policies and processes.

The LifeLabs Learning value that most resonates with me and why: The value of Always Be Learning feels like it really sits at the core of who I am. I have been described, and would describe myself, as “intensely curious,” so continuing to learn, grow, and have opportunities to ask questions and seek out feedback allows me to feel fulfilled and engaged!
