Kait brings over a decade of sales leadership experience at the crossroads of technology and fitness, driven by her fundamental motivation to help individuals become their best selves. When she's not at work, you can find her with her 3 dogs (Eddie, Joey, and Luna) and her husband (although the dogs might steal the spotlight occasionally) somewhere outside around her home on the coast of North Carolina.
