Meet Kairee Allomong

Kairee is the primary point of contact for 50+ clients at LifeLabs in setting up all logistics to launch their programs successfully. Kairee has worked as an HR Generalist and Program Manager, with a focus on creating a great employee experience. Her area of specialization is in identifying and optimizing ’moments that matter’ in the employee lifecycle.

The LifeLabs Learning value that most resonates with me and why: I really love our value of 80% is Better Than 0%. As a recovering perfectionist, I am coming to recognize how important the iteration process is, and how much learning and growth happens during the process of nudging 80% closer to 100%. 80% is Better Than 0% also encourages me to take action and learn from any mistakes I make along the way!
