Meet Joe Galligan

As a Program Consultant, Joe partners with clients to diagnose their needs and design the right learning programs. Joe has a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and has specialized in various areas, including organizational development, recruiting, assessments, and training. His experiences include work with high-growth companies, particularly in the accounting/finance, technology, hospitality, and government sectors.

The LifeLabs Learning value that most resonates with me and why: The LifeLabs Learning value that I identify with the most is Open the Circle. There is so much value in people from different backgrounds bringing their viewpoints and experiences together when making decisions. I love that LifeLabs Learning makes it a priority to not only consider these different perspectives but also to actively combat biases and make sure everyone feels valued and heard!
