Meet Jack Nicolaus

Jack specializes in adult learning, team dynamics, and leadership presence. He has worked with leaders around the world who are looking to build healthier cultures, inspire their teams’ to achieve more, and build greater psychological safety. He has a M.Ed. from Harvard’s Graduate School of Education.

The LifeLabs Learning value that most resonates with me and why: I’m constantly inspired by “Find A Way to Play.” My first career was as a theater artist, where I specialized in physical comedy and clowning. In that time of my life “Play” was serious work, and I’ve spent hours trying to perfect my skills at looking foolish. I’m grateful to work somewhere that recognizes that our foolish selves are sometimes our most authentic selves. Playing together requires us to empathize with each other
