Dossier’s background is in facilitating training for internationally diverse groups as well as mitigating racial, gender, language, economic, and learning biases within organizations. Her areas of focus include multi-generational workplaces and managing high-performing teams. She has a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership and a Master’s degree in Instruction and Curriculum Design.
