As an Impact Consultant Manager, Allison helps clients design learning programs optimized for impact and retention over time. Her background is in psychology with a Master’s degree in Public Health. She specializes in creating healthy workplace cultures, with a focus on the science of behavior change and program sustainability.

Some of the best things in my life have come from saying yes and taking chances, even when I wasn’t sure if I was ready for it. Whether it’s moving cross-country, signing up for a race I’ve never done before, or simply raising my hand to share a new idea that is formulating inside my brain, this is a value I carry with me in work and in life.
