Meet Allison Boone

Allison’s expertise is in leadership development, manager training, and curriculum design. She’s a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership with a background in program development, university teaching, and experiential learning programs. Allison’s research interests include women’s leadership development, positive organizational culture, and advancing leadership growth for early career professionals.

The LifeLabs Learning value that most resonates with me and why: I love our value of Find a Way to Play because good learning design is similar to play–it should pull you in and hook your curiosity. Surprise and delight are two underutilized teaching tools that we rely on at LifeLabs Learning!
