Meet Missy Ballew

Missy Ballew currently serves as the CHRO at Lookout, a leading mobile security company, with headquarters in San Francisco and offices around the world. Missy previously served as the Global Head of Talent, Learning & Diversity at HP where she was responsible for building and implementing the strategy for the company’s performance management, talent & succession planning, learning & development, and diversity & inclusion. Missy received a golf scholarship to Louisiana State University where she earned her Bachelor’s degrees in both Psychology and Spanish. She received her Master of Arts in Social Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
