Meet Mahlet Getachew

Mahlet Getachew is General Counsel and Head of HR and Business Operations at Suki AI, Inc., a Redwood City-based healthcare technology company. Recognized by Forbes as one of the top 50 companies in AI, Suki AI offers an artificial intelligence-powered, voice-enabled digital assistant for physicians that takes care of medical documentation so physicians can focus on taking care of patients. Mahlet manages Suki AI’s legal affairs, HR, Finance and Business Operations and is responsible for Board governance matters. Previously, she was Associate General Counsel & Assistant Secretary at GoPro, Inc. She holds a B.A. in East Asian Studies from Lewis & Clark College and received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
