Meet Lucy Babbage

Lucy Babbage is the SVP People at Betterment, helping to scale the company from 20 to 300 and counting over the past 8 years. Having built the People team from the ground up, Lucy’s experience spans all things People Ops, with the Talent Development function being the last to be built in 2016. To fill the gap, LifeLabs was one of the first learning solutions she introduced to help Betterment’s employees skill up fast and they are still customers today!
