Meet Cindy Gordon

Cindy aims to shine a light on the human aspect of the workplace by inspiring purpose-driven outcomes that align with business goals. She is currently Chief People Officer at Policygenius, a digital insurance marketplace helping people get the coverage they need and making them feel good about it. Previously, Cindy was Head of People at Oscar–scaling the company from 80 to 545 FTEs in 1.5 years. She spent 10+ years at McKinsey in roles spanning HR/benefits, recruiting, and professional development. In her spare time, she runs a fashion-consulting biz and takes orders from her ferocious Yorkie-poo, Bert.
