Meet Charlotte Rocker

Charlotte is the Head of US Market Access Portfolio Strategy at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. In this role, Charlotte is responsible for forging innovative population health collaborations with US healthcare systems.

Charlotte has had a rich career in life sciences. Her early work as an Emergency Medical Technician and clinical researcher grounded her in always putting patients first. As a communications executive (Publicis Healthcare) and strategy consultant (Frankel Group, Huron), she learned how to juggle competing customer needs and build a compelling story for executive audiences. And in healthcare technology startups such as Flatiron Health, she honed her skills as a cross-functional, agile leader with a passion for using real-world evidence to advance research and improve patient care.

Charlotte holds an ScB in psychology from Brown University, an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and an SM from the Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology.
