I love sinking my teeth into a tough project or collaborating with others when they are stuck, and this value encourages me to bring in others for feedback even when things aren’t perfect! I also just love the idea of “doing instead of stewing.”

She has a Masters in Organization Development, with a focus on leading change successfully and large-scale system transformation. Joie’s current research is on organizational resilience: the ability of an organization to continue to thrive and meet its objectives in the face of adversity by positively adapting and transforming.

Ryan has always helped organizations grow–their revenue, their teams, and their belief in what’s possible.  He’s not sure why it always happens since he actively avoids work at all times – at least the traditional construct of choosing one place to be, one set of tasks to repeat, and one skill to specialize in.  Instead, he fills his days interacting with people that genuinely intrigue, challenge, and impress him.  The folks who are open to the infinite ways to positively answer two questions: “Do we have more clients?” and “Are they happier?”  He believes in doing well by doing good.  It turns out they pay you for that kind of thing and it’s much better than working–it’s LifeLabs.
