The LifeLabs Learning value that most resonates with me and why: The LifeLabs value that resonates with me the most is 80% is better than 0% because it reminds me not to let the perfect be the enemy of the good. I love sinking my teeth into a tough project or collaborating with others when they are stuck, and this value encourages me to bring in others for feedback even when things aren’t perfect! I also just love idea of “doing instead of stewing.”

She has a Masters in Organization Development, with a focus on leading change successfully and large-scale system transformation. Joie’s current research is on organizational resilience: the ability of an organization to continue to thrive and meet its objectives in the face of adversity by positively adapting and transforming.
