LeeAnn is interested in all kinds of things, from noticing patterns in the way people part their hair to the way car headlights look like facial expressions.

LeeAnn has a PhD in cognitive psychology with a specialization in idea transfer, rapid skill acquisition, and leadership development. She is a co-founder of LifeLabs, a researcher, curriculum design specialist, and co-author of the books The Leader Lab: How to Become a Great Manager, Faster and Surprise: Embrace the Unpredictable & Engineer the Unexpected. LeeAnn’s TED Talk–“The secret to giving great feedback”–has over 1.4 million views. 

LeeAnn has lectured at Columbia Business School, Princeton, MIT, the University College London, and the United Nations.

Tania is the Chair of our Board, co-founder, and former co-CEO of LifeLabs Learning. She is also a researcher, educator, and writer for Psychology Today, Harvard Business Review, and multiple other publications. She’s the co-author of two books: The Leader Lab: How to Become a Great Manager, Faster and Surprise: Embrace the Unpredictable & Engineer the Unexpected and the co-host of the podcast Talk Psych to Me. Her TED Talk on the power of perspective has over 1.8 million views.

Dirk founded LifeLabs Learning with LeeAnn. For 12 years, Dirk has served as a consultant and coach to leaders and teams in rapid-growth companies. His specialization is in inquiry-based facilitation, problem-solving models, and skill optimization in high performers. Dirk received his law degree from the University of Cologne, Germany.
