Victoria’s area of expertise is in organizational transformation. At the University of California, she developed leadership, communication, and change management curricula and facilitated training for 600+ clients. She also designed and implemented a career development program for underrepresented students in research and academia. Victoria is a graduate of The John Hopkins University, with a concentration in health studies and certified in personality assessment.
