The LifeLabs Learning value that most resonates with me and why: Find a Way to Play! I’ve always been an interesting mix of “serious” and giant goofball. I find play and humor to be such powerful tools and personal values for me, no matter the context, but especially at work. When we are able to bring lightness, joy, and fun into our days, it allows us not only to be more creative in our work, but it can also help prevent burnout and foster deeper connections with our co-workers and teammates. Win-win!
