Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Ryan has always helped organizations grow–their revenue, their teams, and their belief in what’s possible. He’s not sure why it always happens since he actively avoids work at all times – at least the traditional construct of choosing one place to be, one set of tasks to repeat, and one skill to specialize in. Instead, he fills his days interacting with people that genuinely intrigue, challenge, and impress him. The folks who are open to the infinite ways to positively answer two questions: “Do we have more clients?” and “Are they happier?” He believes in doing well by doing good. It turns out they pay you for that kind of thing and it’s much better than working–it’s LifeLabs.

The LifeLabs Learning value that most resonates with me and why: Always be learning. It’s such a powerful value because it challenges us to admit we haven’t reached whatever pinnacles we chase no matter how much experience and confidence we have and it only has one possible outcome – getting better. How cool is that?

Fun Fact: Ryan holds the Felix Festa Middle School record for most textbooks stacked atop a contraption crafted from 5 index cards. Of course he maintains this claim having not checked with the school in over 20 years, but he still feels good about it. 🙂
