The LifeLabs Learning value that most resonates with me and why: The value that most resonates with me is Be Kind to Your Mind. I love how clearly LifeLabs encourages turning off work at the end of the day and weekends so I can spend time doing other things for myself that fill up my tank and allow me to be a better version of myself back at work.
