Lynee is the Vice President and Head of People at Envoy. She has been working at high-growth technology companies for nearly twenty years. She directly oversees the Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, and Facilities teams in order to build a unified and uniquely Envoy Employee Experience. Her primary focus is helping Envoy define and operationalize culture that will support its growth plans.
Prior to Envoy, Lynee was an HR leader and Public Accountant who experienced multiple leadership viewpoints throughout her career. She led global HR teams for Twitter, Mozilla, and Intel. Prior to that, she led global teams in audit and risk & advisory engagements at KPMG and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Lynee has a Masters in Business Administration from University of Michigan, a Bachelors of Science in Finance and Accounting from UC Berkeley, and a coaching certificate from the Coaches Training Institute.
