The LifeLabs Learning value that most resonates with me and why: I love our value of Be Kind to Your Mind because I’ve learned from experience (and the research!) that it works. I used to think being hard on myself was the best fuel for growth, but I’ve been amazed how quickly I learn when I embrace my limitations, honor what works for me, and treat my mind with the compassion it needs!
Languages spoken: English (fluent), Mandarin Chinese (conversational)
Fun fact: I consider myself to be an unpaid sponsor of Trader Joe’s chocolate croissants…go and try them now.
