The LifeLabs Learning value that most resonates with me and why: I really love and believe in the importance of Be Kind to Your Mind. When I’m honoring what my brain really needs to thrive and acknowledging and encouraging those around me to do the same, not only are we able to do our best work, but we are able to have the most fun and authentic impact doing it!
