Christina is the primary point of contact for 50+ clients at LifeLabs Learning in setting up all logistics to launch their programs successfully. After receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, she spent most of her career working in higher education and collegiate athletics, where she successfully built relationships with people of all ages and backgrounds. She now leverages her communication and customer service skills to facilitate positive client interactions.

The LifeLabs Learning value that most resonates with me and why: The LifeLabs Learning value that most resonates with me is Be Kind to Your Mind. As someone whose life was changed through therapy, I am a huge advocate for finding ways to best take care of my mind and spirit. My favorite ways to relax and recharge are yoga, spending time with friends and family, and being out in nature (specifically at the beach or hiking in the mountains!).

Fun Fact: Even though I’m American, I know the Canadian national anthem by heart after hearing it played many times at NHL games over the years (RIP Atlanta Thrashers)!
