Her area of expertise is designing social-emotional learning curriculum that interrupts gender and racial bias by centering the voices and experiences of marginalized groups. Catherine’s work supports emotional intelligence (EQ) development in leaders.

The LifeLabs Learning value that most resonates with me and why: The LifeLabs Learning value that particularly resonates with me is Open the Circle. In my experience, the opposite of exclusion is expansion! Expansiveness creates space for authentic belonging and challenges us to ask and answer the question, “What if?” The more intentional we are about opening the circle, the more inclusive our environment becomes.
