Brian’s area of expertise is in leadership development with a focus on brain-based tools and training. He designed and led training programs internally during his time at Flatiron School and Apple. As an external consultant, he helped leaders create effective systems for performance management, change management, and metrics-based development. Brian is also certified in brain-based coaching and reputational personality assessments.
