Ashley’s area of expertise is in leadership development, communication, and inclusive team dynamics. She has a Master’s degree in Social Systems & Management of Human Services from the University of Michigan and many years of experience in crisis management and product development. Her current research focus is on how organizations can develop inclusive systems that mitigate bias and promote belonging. She also supports the development and direction of our facilitation team.
