The LifeLabs Learning value that most resonates with me and why: I feel a deep connection to each one of our values, but Courage Over Comfort is more than just a work value to me–it is how I live my life on a daily basis. It reminds me to advocate for what I think is right, be vulnerable with others, and constantly push myself to grow and learn.
