The LifeLabs Learning value that most resonates with me and why: I resonate most with Find a Way to Play because I think it is a helpful reminder that we can learn, we can grow, we can contribute, AND we can do all that in a playful manner! I think the best working environments are when people are embracing their full, weird selves and being authentically fun at work.

Fun fact: Before working in Organizational Development I was in the summer camping business where I was the Assistant Director of a large sleepaway camp, another great environment for fun and growth!
