Personality & Work Styles, Dec 17, 2020

Thursday, December 17th • 12:00 - 2:00 ET

In this workshop, you’ll take part in a series of small experiments to explore personalities and work patterns using the MBTI framework, leaving with a greater sense of self-awareness and insight. You will also learn a unique skill called personality flexing: the ability to read the personality, work preferences, and communication preferences of colleagues and adjust their own style to work more effectively with others. You will be able to predict areas where unexpected tension occurs, and adapt to fix those mismatches with ease.

After this workshop, you will learn how to:

  • Be aware of your personality patterns, strengths, and challenge points

  • Be able to recognize and appreciate diverse work styles

  • Know how to discuss work style preferences with colleagues and predict areas where flexing is needed

  • Have a plan for what to do when there’s a potential style clash
