In this workshop, you’ll learn how to flag, discuss, and optimize organizational systems that are most prone to bias (from recruiting to performance assessment), avoid common inclusion pitfalls, and develop inclusive systems thinking skills you can apply to any system or program you build at your company.
During this session, participants will:
- learn a framework to ensure every system and process is inclusive
- practice implementing the framework to different existing systems
- identify changes to current systems to create more inclusion
- determine next steps and owners, since inclusion is co-owner
After this workshop, participants will:
- know how to make any existing process or system more inclusive
- have language to share with others to spread inclusion across all organization decision-makers.
